We’ve built a strong sales team and empowered them with the products and resources to be successful.
What is your biggest challenge with rapid growth?
Staffing has been the biggest challenge. We’ve been fortunate to build a talented team but filling additional sales positions and key support roles is increasingly difficult in this environment.
Do you have expansion plans, or have you expanded in the last 12 months?
We opened our second location in January of this year. We already are working toward our third location.
